San Antonio, TX. (August 6, 2020)- Juan Ramon Ramirez-Mencia was killed, and two others were injured in two-vehicle crash on August 1, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas. The crash occurred around 9:00 p.m. at the Loop 1604 and Pleasanton Road intersection. Deputies reported that a vehicle was traveling eastbound while a second vehicle was traveling westbound. One of the vehicles then crossed the center line and crashed head-on into the other vehicle. Ramirez-Mencia was declared dead at the scene. Two others were transported to Southwest General Hospital with unknown injuries. No further details have been provided at this time. The crash remains under investigation.
