Hit-and-Run Accidents in Texas
Those who are injured in hit-and-run accidents caused by other drivers have up to two years to file a personal injury lawsuit. However, it’s important for victims to file as soon as possible in order to receive as much compensation as possible. The longer victims wait, the less likely they may receive enough compensation to cover all of their medical expenses. Because injuries can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, it’s important for victims to seek out an experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to help them effectively prove their negligence claims against all liable parties.
At The Benton Law Firm, we work hard every day to defend our injured clients because we are passionate about helping them receive the money they deserve for their injuries.
