Baytown, TX. February 17,2020)- 20-year-old Raymond Rios was seriously injured on Saturday, February 15th in Baytown, Texas. Rios was struck by a hit-and-run driver at around 11 a.m., after leaving a gas station. According to a witness, Rios was fixing the tailgate of his truck, when a tan four-door truck occupied by two men hit him. They then fled the scene. Rios managed to drive himself to his parent’s house, where paramedics were called. Rios was transported to Clear Lake Regional Hospital, where he was treated for several broken bones and severe road rash. Rios was able to return home after several days in the hospital. The crash remains under investigation.
