Lubbock County, TX (December 29, 2019) On the afternoon of December 29th, two vehicles collided near the 1500 block of U.S. Highway 62/82. According to reports, a white pickup truck was speeding and lost control right before striking a pecan harvester and buggy being pulled by a tractor. The accident happened at around 1:45 p.m.
The paramedics and other crews arrived and found a passenger in the pickup truck Injured at the scene. The injured victim was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The accident is still under investigation by authorities.
