Victoria, TX (June 20, 2019) – During the morning hours of Wednesday, June 19, the Victoria Police and Fire Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle Accident on Port Lavaca Drive.
Reports from the VPD state that a black Ford Focus was stopped at the intersection of Odem and Port Lavaca Drive. The driver then attempted to pull into a highway. While doing so, the driver failed to yield the right of way to a Chevy truck, which caused both vehicles to collide along the roadway.
The driver of the Ford was Injured in the collision and provided medical attention at the scene.
At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
