Data Center Review // Cyrusone has begun construction on a data centre in Alcobendas, Madrid. The new data centre will comprise 18 MW of total capacity across 6,000 sqm of space, after CyrusOne acquired the freehold purchase of the five-acre site in 2021. According to CyrusOne, the facility will utilise 100% renewable energy, and generate around 100 KW on-site through roof mounted solar PV panels.
