The Most Expensive
–Charlotte was the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,280.
–Mooresville rent dropped 1.0% last month to $1,030 and ranked as the second priciest city.
The Least Expensive
-Gastonia ranked as the most affordable city with one bedrooms priced at $720.
–Rock Hill was second least expensive with rent at $940.
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Charlotte had the fastest growing rent, up 11.3% since this time last year.
–Rock Hill saw rent climb 9.3%, making it the second fastest growing.
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Gastonia had the largest monthly rental growth rate, up 4.3%.
