Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Brushy Creek, TX rent remained the same as last month but still held onto its position as the most expensive in the metro area.
–Leander, TX bumped up two spots since last month to rank as the second most expensive city to rent with one bedrooms priced at $1,060.
–Austin & Pflugerville, TX tied for third with rent at $1,040.
The Least Expensive
–San Marcos, TX rent grew $10 to $860 but still ranked as the most affordable in the metro.
–Wells Branch, TX was second with rent at $910.
–Round Rock & Buda, TX tied for third least expensive with rent at $940.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–Hutto, TX had the fastest growing rent since this time last year, up 15.7%.
–Leander, TX rent had the second largest yearly growth rate, climbing 12.8%.
–Kyle, TX was third with rent jumping 11.1%.
