1st Formations is now using WhatsApp

We’re delighted to announce that 1st Formations has added Whatsapp to our list of methods customers can use to get in touch with us. Here’s what you need to know about using WhatsApp to contact our team.

How do I contact 1st Formations using WhatsApp?

First, you need to make sure that you have WhatsApp installed on your smartphone and/or desktop computer. If you don’t, you can use the below links to download the necessary app and start the download process.

  • WhatsApp Messenger for iPhone
  • WhatsApp Messenger for Andriod
  • WhatsApp Messenger for Desktop

Alternatively, if you want to use your computer but do not want to download the app, you can use the WhatsApp web tool directly from your browser.

Once you’re all set:

1. Visit 1st Formations. You should now see the WhatsApp logo on the bottom-right of your screen (it’s the same location whether you’re using your smartphone or a desktop computer). Click on the logo.

2. You will be directed straight to WhatsApp.

3. Compose a quick introduction message (something as simple as ‘Hi!’ will do). You’ll immediately receive this response:

                 Hi! Thank you for contacting 1st Formations.

                 WhatsApp Opening Hours:

      • Monday-Friday, 8:30-19:00
      • Saturday-Sunday, 8:30-17:00

                Please let us know how we can assist you today.

4. Compose and send your message. If you are an existing customer, you may want to provide us with your company name and email address to help us identify you on our system as quickly as possible.

That’s it! A member of our team will then be in touch as soon as possible (we strive to respond immediately, however, if messages are received outside of operating hours, we will respond as soon as we’re available).

Why should I use WhatsApp as a contact method?

By using WhatsApp you will get two key benefits:

Latest figures suggest that the UK has more than 30 million monthly WhatsApp users, with a Statista UK Global Survey revealing that 80% of people view WhatsApp as their instant messenger tool of choice.

In short, it’s likely you are already using WhatsApp (no problem if you’re not – our existing contact options remain!). By enabling you to reach out to us via WhatsApp, you have a contact option that are probably already familiar with and comfortable using.

2. Speed

Regardless of the contact method you use, we pride ourselves on delivering friendly professional assistance, quickly. WhatsApp is no different and has the added advantage of allowing you to track conversations with us from wherever you are, and receive notifications when new messages come in.

As long as you have an internet connection, you can have a real-time conversation with a member of our team and even place an order with us.

Is discussing my company over WhatsApp secure?

Absolutely. As with all of our contact methods, any conversations that you have with us are fully secure (WhatsApp messages are protected by ‘Signal’ encryption protocol and are end-to-end encrypted) and confidential. Of course, if you are using WhatsApp via a smartphone, we recommend always keeping your phone in a safe place.

Please remember, we can only discuss matters relating to specific companies with the account holder.
