*Providing legal and commercial advice in support of company’s procurement and manufacturing organizations, with responsibilities including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of vendor, supply/procurement, and services contracts, including long term supply agreements, purchase orders, general terms and conditions, service contractor agreements, and other similar agreements. *Managing and maintaining template agreements, contract playbooks, and procurement processes, as well as coordinating with the business to ensure proper documentation of vendor relationships, timely renewals, and general contract life-cycle management.
