ECIA board elections Announcement

The Election Committee wishes to alert you that the 2017 ECIA Board Election process is about to begin. There will be three positions open for election which expire May 4, 2020. As of January 5, 2017, the Nomination Petition and its accompanying Information and Instructions Sheet are available online at www.eldoradosf.org It will also be available at the ECIA Community Center office. The completed petition is to be submitted to the ECIA Community Center Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 1, 2017.

There are three requisites of which a Petitioner needs to be aware. First, the Petitioner must be a Member in Good Standing (has paid 2016 assessment); second, can certify she or he will be eligible to vote in the Election (requires the 2017 assessment to be paid by the deadline); and third, must be a full-time resident of Eldorado at Santa Fe.

Each petition must have a minimum of 25 signatures of Members in Good Standing. This means the signers must have paid their 2016 assessment as of the date they sign the petition. Remember: to be able to vote and support the candidate of your choice, your 2017 assessment must be paid by 5:00 p.m., March 1, 2017.
