The crash happened on Garfield near the intersection at Metro Parkway at about 9:30 p.m. in the evening. When Macomb County Sheriff’s Office officers arrived at the site of the incident, they noted that a silver Kia sedan and a white van were involved, but they did not provide any specifics on the victims or the circumstances surrounding the crash.

The degree of the victims’ injuries and their present conditions has not yet been made public, despite the fact that emergency medical technicians were sent to the location of the tragedy to assess the wounded.

An investigation has been carried out jointly by the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office and the Detroit Police Department. If there are any pending charges or citations, it is unclear.

Our thoughts are extended to the injured victims and their families.

Car Wrecks with Injuries in Detroit

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reports that a motor vehicle Accident happens somewhere in the United States every 10 seconds. In spite of the fact that you were in an automobile accident, you need to speak with an attorney. Even though the situation seems straightforward and you don’t feel hurt, this is still the case. It is very common knowledge that those who submit claims with legal help are paid more. Many of the victims are worried that hiring legal counsel might result in a significant increase in their out-of-pocket costs. Most personal injury lawyers take on cases on a contingent fee basis.

It’s possible that in certain circumstances, having legal counsel on your side may be beneficial. Your legal representative will negotiate on your behalf with the insurance provider and any other parties that may be involved. You can be confident that your lawyer will look into the matter thoroughly, find out who caused your losses, and prepare a case that will convince the judge you should be compensated. You may have to interview possible witnesses and get further information during the second phase.
