Detroit, MI (October 15, 2023) – A vehicle flipped over after an Accident on Platt Road, and the driver was brought to the hospital after being extricated by firemen on Friday morning, October 13.

On Friday morning at 10:15 a.m. local time, Saline firefighters responded to a collision that had occurred on Platt Road just south of Judd Road. Fire Chief Jason Sperle said that one driver was not seriously injured but was trapped in the car.

Firefighters utilized extrication gear to clear a path to the car, free the victim, and return the gear to the station. According to Sperle, the patient was sent to a nearby hospital. The collision is being looked into by the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Department, and the total number of victims involved remains unknown.
