- Reolving the production issues within Service level agreement period (SLA).
- Hands on experience in setup, configuration, upgrade, maintenance, performance monitoring and troubleshooting of servers running on different OS platforms like Linux (Various Flavors especially Centos, Ubuntu and Redhat).
- Knowledge in remote OS installation required
- Trouble shoot server booting related issues in various scenarios like Kernel panic, harddisk related issue (due to LVM, RAID).

- Control Panels Good understanding of Cpanel / Plesk / Directadmin etc.
- Monitoring Tools – Nagios, OPSview, Nimsoft, Cloudwatch
- Strong in Shell Scripting concepts
- Knowledge in Raid ( Software and Hardware ).
- Intermediate Level of Knowledge in Managing, Installing and Troubleshooting FFMpeg, Mencoder, Video Scripts (Phpmotion, Clipbucket, Clipshare, Vidi script and other adult scripts)
- Able to communicate and present complex issues with assurance and confidence.

- Strong analytical skill is a must. Should also have ability to research, learn and adopt to new technologies. Logical analysis skills for troubleshooting tasks is a must.
- Ability to manage and run a technical support team
- Minimum Experience: 4 to 5 years (Experience in Web Hosting industry and Cpanel is mandatory)
- Certifications such as RHCE, RHCVA, RHCSS, VCP, Citrix – CCA, cPanel Certifications etc., would be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication & Soft Skills required
- Excellent written skills in English required
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
