The Packaging market is subject to a constant change. To meet the needs of our customers in this dynamic business environment we have extended the Foldergluer portfolio working together with our partner Masterwork. The Diana Easy now perfectly fits for the lower to middle range performance segments.
Based on the proven and reliable Diana-series range, the Diana Easy also has very fast and comfortable change over processes, an operator friendly design of the entire machine and highest quality build standards. With a maximum speed of 300 m/min the Diana Easy is perfectly equipped for a wide range of applications. The machine is available in the format range of 85 cm and 115 cm and therefore can easily handle products with a maximum product length of 600 mm. Carton of 200-600 g/m² and up to an E-flute of corrugated material can be processed.
To show that the Diana Easy is made for everyone we offer optional applications, like the intelligent setup system based on a SPS control concept. Meanwhile the „SmartSet“-function allows your operator to store key set-up data, optimized from the current job, to be recalled to when the job is repeated, accelerating changeover and ensuring the highest levels of productivity. The “DigiSet” function even supports the operator for setting up a job the first time. The software is able to advise the user where to position the carriers in each module.
Due to the modular design concept of the Diana X and Diana Smart series of folder gluing carton machines, many accessories from these earlier models can be used in the Diana Easy and vice versa.
