We Hold Regular Innovation Afternoons
Once a month, we take an Afternoon off from our desk work, stuff our faces with a company-provided buffet lunch and then plonk our bums down on beanbags for an afternoon of collaborative Idea spinning.
The clue is in the name really. Here we bounce ideas off each other and invent unusual, yet effective, ways to market our clients. Plus, there’s usually a class presentation by one of our seniors or anyone who has been to an event recently.
We Believe Quarterly Company Meetings Are a Must
Then quarterly, we head down to our local to hear all the latest happenings from the sales and management team. All washed down with a pint or two and more food, of course.
We Encourage Healthy Competition
But it’s not all fun and games. Things can get ugly when the guys fight it out to be crowned Liberty’s FIFA Champion. And everyone wants to be awarded ‘Best Pumpkin’ at Halloween.
We recognise the importance of taking a break from work and letting your playful side out. After all, a little healthy competition is good for you.
Our Staff Do a Lot for Charitable Causes
From organising and holding the very first Cardiff Mo Awards – which raised more than £5,000 for Movember – to Children in Need fundraisers, charity runs and a sponsored digital detox, our staff are always up for a new challenge if it means helping those in need.
Whether this involves dressing up in silly costumes or pushing our physical fitness, we work best as a team when we are highly motivated. And what is more motivating than charity?

Christmas Jumper Day, the Christmas party, our summer blowout and Halloween are just a few of the Regular occasions we celebrate.
