Give The Gift Of Motivation to Your Employees

If you’re looking for a distinctive, refined, understated Gift for one of your hard-working employees that not only shows how much you appreciate them and their efforts, but also serves as a constant source of motivation, consider one of the posters from our Great Leaders series.

You can order any of these in either a 16” x 30” Framed poster, or as a beautiful 6” x 12” framed photo that fits nicely on a desktop.  Whichever option you choose, these are gift ideas that are sure to be appreciated and all are guaranteed conversation starters.  Here are some of the options currently on offer:

Amelia Earhart

This is a great poster or print to give to any hard-working woman on your team.  Earhart’s life was a case study in perseverance, and she literally flew into the pages of history, setting ten different flight records, including the fact that she was the first person to fly from Hawaii to the US mainland and the fact that she was the first woman to fly solo and nonstop across the continental US.

In 1937, she began planning what would become her greatest, and sadly, her last adventure:  A solo flight around the world.  Tragically, during this adventure, her plane went down and she was never heard from again.  She was declared legally dead on January 5th, 1939.  Her memory, and her indominable spirit, however, both live on, and serve to inspire.

Maya Angelou

Born in 1928, Maya Angelou became one of the nation’s most beloved poets and educators, in Addition to being a tireless advocate for civil rights.  Her best-known work, “I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings,” was published in 1970 was banned in schools across the country when it was first published, but has gone on to be taught in colleges around the world.

Her life has been a testament to the power of dreams and perseverance, and this print, whether ordered in poster or framed picture form, is a stellar addition to any workplace environment.

George S. Patton

General Patton was the picture of the tough but inspirational hero, and now the famous World War II general, and several excerpts from his famous speeches to troops can be a permanent addition to your office.

Anyone would be proud to have this picture and hard-bitten inspirational excerpts displayed on their desk or wall.  It’s a fantastic way to motivate and inspire your employees!

Lincoln On Perseverance

This is a striking portrait and a fantastic summary of the life of our sixteenth president.  His election to the highest office in the land didn’t come about because he was lucky, but because he persevered, and a read of his biography quickly makes this apparent.

Lincoln’s life is a case study of the power and importance of never giving in and never giving up.  A lesser man may have thrown up his hands in despair, but not Abe Lincoln.  His courage and dogged determination stand, to this very day, as an object lesson for us all.

Vince Lombardi

Arguably one of the greatest football coaches in history, and a master of motivation, this poster or framed picture is another superb addition to the Famous Leaders series.  In addition to a portrait of the man himself, the print includes the famous Lombardi essay “What It Takes To Be Number One.”  A truly inspiring piece!

Whichever of these you choose, one thing is for certain.  Your gift will be a meaningful, motivational piece, proudly displayed, and will be appreciated for years to come!
