Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes. Your Construction Source offers a full two-year guarantee. If there's a material or workmanship problem, we come back and fix it, free. Most contractors would rather customers not know this, but the state of Texas requires a ten-year warranty on all structural and foundational work, a two-year guarantee on delivery systems like plumbing and electricity, and a one-year guarantee on everything else. Your Constructions Source honors all of these of course, except we beat the last requirement by adding one more year.

How long does it take to get an estimate on a project?
Your Construction Source doesn't give a bid; we give what we call a design. That means we don't just hear what you ask for and start ticking away in our heads, adding material and labor and time. No. We work with you to design exactly the home renovation or addition you want and need. This process may take longer than a typical bid, but you will leave it with a dream become tangible.
