1. Amber Springs Hotel, Gorey
No list of family-friendly hotels in Wexford would be complete without the Amber Springs in Gorey. It offers more facilities for children than virtually any other hotel in the area, with a great pool, playground, mini golf, go-karting, football, and even a train—the Amber Express.
The Kids’ Club (open for five to 12-year-olds in school holidays) features a soft play area for littler ones and a wide range of outdoor and indoor activities, including arts & crafts, treasure hunts, and a weekly talent show. 2. Kelly’s Hotel, Rosslare
Like the Amber Springs, Kelly’s Hotel is a perennial favourite among families. It is ideally situated, overlooking the wonderful beach at Rosslare and offers excellent family facilities. The Pirates Club is open from 9.30am to 9pm for children aged four and older, and younger children can be looked after in the playroom for a small fee.
Dining options are a real winner at Kelly’s. Children can eat at 5.30pm under parental supervision, so they don’t have to wait until 7.30pm. You can also have your children minded during dinner if you and your partner would like to eat in peace. Babysitting is also available.

3. Treacys Hotel, Enniscorthy
Treacys Hotel offers a friendly welcome to all families. Family rooms are spacious, with plenty of room for two adults and two children. You will have full access to the Waterfront Leisure Centre, featuring a 20m swimming pool and a kids’ pool equipped with toys. The Mini Ts Kids’ Club opens from 9am to 1pm and 6pm to 8pm Monday to Friday during school holidays. Characters include Alice in Wonderland and both Minnie and Mickey Mouse, and children can enjoy arts, baking, swimming, and plenty of activities to tire them out.
