She has bagged a quarter of a million pounds. Sian, we salute you. The last few weeks saw a slim down of candidates and Lord Sugar stating he was: “looking for workers, not shirkers” what followed were gruelling interviews and the expected “Why I fired them episode”…so all that remained to be seen was to select the finalists.
