Ellam Sheriyakum – Zee5

The movie is an emotional drama that is set in the backdrop of politics. The movie narrates the Story of a leading politician’s daughter eloping with a young worker from the opposition party. The story details the challenge between two men for power and the same woman’s affection. Jibu Jacob’s directorial Ellam Sheriyakum stars Rajisha Vijayan and Asif Ali in the lead.

Badava Rascal – Voot Select

The movie narrates the story of a middle-class man getting abducted by a gang as he is in love with the daughter of the politician. However, the story has a fun part where the protagonist forced them to rethink their decision by narrating his story of friendship, love, breakup, and family sentiments. Dhanajay, whom we saw in the recent blockbuster hit ‘Pushpa’ is seen in the lead in Badava Rascal. This movie is his home production.

Arjuna Phalguna – Aha

The movie is a crime comedy that focuses on a bunch of friends and a bag full of currency. The film highlights its focus on friendship and gives a feel-good vibe. The movie brings out the cultural milieu. Though a bit predictable, the film will be enjoyed by all.

Aaha – Zee5

This is a sporting drama that focuses on the caste divide, hostility towards migrants, and other forms of social segregation. This film is inspired by a very popular ‘tug-of-war’ team of the 80s and 90s ‘Aaha Neeloor.’ Directed by Bibin Paul Samuel, the movie stars Indrajith Sukumaran, Amit Chakkalakal, Ashwin Kumar, Manoj K Jayan, Santhy Balachandran in pivotal roles.

Bro Daddy – Disney+Hotstar

Directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, the movie is a family drama that stars Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran who plays the role of son and age-less father. The father-son duo played by the stars enhances the natural chemistry and is highly enjoyable.
