The first thing to begin with is to clean your liver. You need to do this gradually, in several stages:

If you immediately switch to the use of exclusively natural products, you can simply not withstand sudden changes, and the body needs time to rebuild.

The principle of consecutive nutrition is that there is not all at once all at once, but first one kind of products, then another, and so on. First of all, what is quickly absorbed is eaten. When food passes through the gastrointestinal tract in separate layers, it greatly facilitates its digestion and reduces the amount of harmful waste. You can drink only fifteen minutes before meals or two hours after a meal. Otherwise, the gastric juice is diluted, and the food is not digested, but simply rotting.

The second stage, to which it is desirable to proceed as quickly as possible, is a separate food , involving not only consecutive consumption of products, but also only those that are combined with each other. Although, in truth, almost all of them are incompatible. The time and conditions of different products of digestion are very different, so if you mix them, inevitably there are “waste production”, which, without having to be displayed, are deposited in the body as fat and toxins. The only thing that is combined with almost everything – it’s fresh greens. Therefore , ideally, the number of foods consumed per meal should be kept to a minimum .

A number of products need to be phased out altogether from their diet. First of all:

  • Cereals,
  • Cereals,
  • Products of white flour,
  • Yeast bread,
  • Milk ,
  • Canned goods.

How does a person manage to live with all this and still feel more or less healthy? The fact is that he simply does not know what real health is-he has not experienced it since birth . Therefore, there is no need to provide template excuses such as “from time immemorial, everyone was so fed”, of course, if you do not want to have the same problems as everyone else.

In the end, only natural products should remain in the diet:

  • Fresh, frozen or dried vegetables and fruits,
  • seaweed, 
  • Nuts ,
  • Seeds,
  • honey,

And no heat treatment – all in its raw form. (Just do not call nuts peanuts – it’s beans, and not very useful.)

But a sharp transition from the usual products to raw vegetables and fruits will not lead to anything good. The body needs time to get used to and adjust.

Therefore, the transition should be done gradually, reducing in its diet share of boiled plant foods and increasing the share of raw.

If a person all his life ate mostly processed food, then the microflora in him is adapted precisely to such a diet. A sharp transition is possible in principle, but this is for those who have strong health.

Microflora completely rebuilt throughout the year. By the end of this period no more processed food should remain in the diet.

It may seem that it is extremely difficult to switch to raw diet. What to eat, for example, in the winter?

In the diet, you can include seedlings of wheat, corn, beans, chickpeas and mung beans.

The cooking technology is very simple:

  • From early morning, the seeds are soaked in water.
  • In the evening they fall asleep in a colander or sieve, washed and covered with wet gauze.
  • In the morning you will see live food.

Corn and beans (preferably red – it is more useful) should be soaked for 24 hours and germinate as much or longer, sometimes rinsing.

Wheat and corn can be eaten raw. Wheat sprouts have exclusively healing properties. You need to chew them thoroughly (at least two tablespoons a day), but if a rubbery substance is formed in your mouth, then this variety is not good and you should look for another one.

For legumes, unfortunately, the raw taste is not very pleasant. We’ll have to throw them into boiling water and just bring the water to a boil. Mash simply pour boiling water and leave for about ten minutes.

How to prepare live water

1. First you need to stop the tap water to be boiled with a “white key” in a five-liter enamel saucepan and cool quickly in a cold bath. This is the first stage of structuring. Such water is already an order of magnitude more useful, in comparison with just boiled.

2. Put in a pan five or seven pebbles of black flint, which can be bought in a pharmacy, covered with gauze and left for two days. Then gently pour the water into another container, with the bottom layer of two or four centimeters should be discarded, because the flint precipitates pathogenic microorganisms and foreign chemical elements.

Silica water already has medicinal properties – it is even more structured and saturated with silicon – the most essential trace element, in the absence of which almost all others are not absorbed in the body.

3. Put the water in the freezer. Once the first ice is formed on the surface and near the walls of the pan, the water is poured into a plastic container, which is again placed in the freezer. The first ice is thrown away, thus getting rid of heavy water. Heavy water contains hydrogen isotopes of deuterium and tritium, it freezes at a temperature of + 3 ° C and is unfavorable for the organism.

The last frost should be made in a plastic container, because the enamel on the pan can crack. When the water freezes by two-thirds, it is necessary to make a hole in the ice and pour out the remaining water – this “brine” contains all the undesirable impurities. Now it remains to wait until the ice melts at room temperature, resulting in melt water of the highest quality, also called protium, as it is purified of heavy isotopes.

4. Finally, if you have a ring-shaped magnet or a magnetic funnel, pass water through it to further strengthen the structure. The obtained water has medicinal properties – it cleanses the body and, with prolonged use, relieves a number of diseases. The period of preservation of its properties is limited – about seven hours. Such water you do not buy anywhere and for no money.

The question may arise: what about the raw foods that must be cooked, such as potatoes and zucchini? Then the counter question: is it necessary to eat it?

Vegetables with a high content of starch do not give the body anything but empty calories and mucus – that’s where the disease called the common cold comes from.

As the transition to raw food, one or more purification crises may occur, during which the exacerbation of old diseases occurs. Do not worry and try to somehow treat the painful manifestations. They testify that the organism finally gets rid of the trash accumulated over many years, and is restructured to a normal mode of operation. The only measure that will be useful during a crisis is starvation on distilled (boiled) water for one or several days.
