HPE updates the hybrid cloud offering, introducing HPE Composable Cloud

In the framework of HPE Discover 2018 that begins today in Madrid and will run until this Thursday, November 29,  Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) announced the next phase of its Composable strategy that aims to facilitate the adoption of the hybrid Cloud.

In the announcement they presented  HPE Composable Cloud , which according to the company allows companies to benefit from the “unparalleled choice” of public and private clouds, with the speed, efficiency, scale and economy offered by public clouds:

Scalability: companies can compose and increase infrastructure resources at the cloud scale to meet ever-changing business needs. 
Speed: the 90% faster deployment of new configurations allows IT organizations to obtain the necessary agility to respond to business needs, delivering applications and services to the market faster. 
Efficiency: 97% decrease in time for life cycle operations and Artificial Intelligence operations free IT to focus on innovation. 
Choice: IT professionals can take advantage of the software stacks, tools and applications they already use or choose new ones.
Savings to boost innovation: companies reduce the need for specialized skills, reduce operating costs and can take advantage of IT based on consumption to accelerate the modernization of IT and support digital innovation.

These benefits are made possible through a series of innovations, including InfoSight artificial intelligence operations, that can predict and prevent problems, before they affect businesses and new updates to HPE OneSphere, the hybrid cloud management solution as a service

The HPE Composable Cloud will be available for ProLiant DL, being the first integrated software stack of its kind that allows companies to benefit from the choice of public and private clouds. It will also be available for Synergy, which will add flexibility and performance to carry out any workload within hybrid or private cloud environments.

The company also announced the improvement of the HPE SimpliVity hyperconverged solution with Composable Fabric, which will allow organizations more operational agility, more scalability, optimized performance and cost savings.

Our customers want to innovate faster, with greater automation and intelligence. Leveraging our innovation in the creation of the composable category and HPE Synergy’s industry-leading offering, today’s announcement of the Composable Cloud for ProLiant DL and the Composable Cloud for Synergy offers an unprecedented choice and scale for customers across all clouds. With our new open hybrid cloud platform, companies of all sizes can now manage, deliver and deliver workloads and applications instantly and continuously to accelerate innovation.

The Composable HPE Cloud for ProLiant DL will first be launched in the first quarter of the year 2019 in Germany, Australia, USA, France, Ireland and the United Kingdom.   HPE SimpliVity with Composable Fabric will be available next month also in the same countries and  HPE OneSpherealready available in the United States, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Next year they will launch HPE OneSphere in other countries.
