The originated Initiative to organize a lawsuit against the site Bitcoin.com and its owner Roger Vera risks to remain nothing more than a verbal statement after its organizer MoneyTrigz stated that the amount collected at this time will not be enough to cover court costs.
The message with such a message MoneyTrigz left in the Telegram-channel of the community. The channel itself was renamed to ‘anti-fraud initiative cancelled’.
On April 27, the group opened a website with the help of which it intended to raise funds necessary for prosecution Vera. However, as stated on the eve of MoneyTrigz, the collected amount of 0.39 BTC will not be enough for any serious action.
The funds sent to the specified MoneyTrigz address will be returned to the senders. In total, the initiative received donations from 31 people.

However, the very initiative to organize a lawsuit against Roger Vera, can probably be considered, at least partially successful. As representatives of the community drew attention, the misleading information on the Bitcoin.com website was modified.
As previously stated , the lawsuit against Roger Vera was planned in connection with the use of Bitcoin.com on the Bitcoin.com word for Bitcoin Cash, which appeared in August of last year as a result of a controversial hard-core.
In particular, last week on the site you can find a number of actual inconsistencies and misleading statements. So, in the Block Explorer section, Bitcoin was listed under the BCH ticker, while under the BTC ticker, Bitcoin Core, a non-existent crypto currency, was presented.
Sam Roger Vera, continuing to use the terms Bitcoin Core and Bitcoin Cash, after a while published a comparative analysis of the characteristics of the two crypto currency.
