Popular Bollywood composer & singer Bappi Lahiri has passed away in a Mumbai hospital.
He was 69 years of age.
Last year he was admitted to the hospital after he was tested positive for coronavirus. But he was discharge soon.
He will be known as singer and music director who introduced India to Disco. He composed songs for many hit films like Chalte Chalte, Disco Dancer, and Sharaabi.
Great singer Kishore Kuma was his maternal uncle.[3]
