- Unit# 16 – Full Remodel from a standard unit to a luxury unit with all new appliances and furniture
- Unit# 24 – Removed popcorn ceiling and replaced with soundproof ceiling along with a new wine cooler and repainted unit throughout
- Unit# 25– New carpet in all bedrooms
- Unit# 36 – Master bathroom remodel, new flooring, and new dining room table
- Unit# 38 – New sleeping arrangements, new bed, and furniture upgrades and improvements are constantly being made
