Buzz connect is a cloud-based telephony system that is an extension of a virtual landline. It is a cost-effective and reliable solution to your communication issues within the office and externally.

Single user vs multi-user

A single user is 1 virtual phone number directed to 1 user. Perfect for ‘man in a van’ businesses or 1 person start-ups from home. Any originally held single user packages can be extended to multi-user through buzz connect.

Multi-user is 1 virtual phone number directed to an unlimited amount of users through different phone number extensions e.g. the first user is 01, second 02 and so on… those users can call from their numbers and will appear as the chosen virtual landline. Ideal for small to large businesses e.g. call centers that need 1 contactable number but multiple employees answering the incoming calls.
