Jabra Integration

No doubt, the clearance of the sound is the top priority for every Call Center. Moreover, we care a lot about our customers’ comfort, hence, we’ve made your Nectar Desk usage more comfortable thanks to the integration with Jabra.

If you use Jabra headsets or speakerphones, please go to Settings – Agents, enable Jabra Headset Integration, and install Jabra plugins:

This quick setup procedure guarantees that Jabra headsets usage will be reliable and efficient, and the sound will be loud and crystal clear with Nectar Desk.

Live Chat Callback

It’s an open secret that with Nectar Desk your customers can request a callback via the Live Chat on your website, so our system could dial them once there is an available agent.

With our last release, we’ve made some fixes for your convenient use of the feature.

If a customer has left several callback requests via the Live Chat, the system was also dialing him several times.

Now callback requests are automatically merged into one so your customer could be reached out only once no matter how many callback requests he has left in the Live Chat window.

Ability to Remove Call Recording from the Call History

Nectar Desk is a GDPR compliant solution, thus it’s possible to remove an individual call recording from the call history:

WhatsApp Message Statuses

We keep working on improving our WhatsApp integration. If your Nectar account is integrated with this messenger, you can easily check the status of texts you’ve sent to your customers in SMS History and see if they were read by the recipients:
