Leadfeeder launches brand new Zoho CRM integration

Since we introduced integrations for webCRM Pipedrive, we’ve been continuously asking our users which CRMs they would like Leadfeeder to integrate with next. Unsurprisingly, Salesforce, Dynamics CRM and Zoho CRM have been requested the most and the great news is that Zoho is the first CRM integration to be launched in 2017.

Zoho CRM integration will be followed by an integration for Salesforce quite soon, which we’re massively excited about. Leadfeeder works silently in the background and delivers web leads from Google Analytics straight into your CRM, where salespeople need these leads most.

We’ve let select users (join our group for exclusive opportunities) try out our integration for Zoho CRM thoroughly during the last few months and the feedback we’ve received has been really uplifting. So we’re letting everyone benefit from it now. For effective sales organisations, CRM integrations are a must. After all, in the highly complex jungle of modern-day sales, the CRM has a job of keeping Tarzan in control.

The new Zoho CRM integration is available for Leadfeeder Premium and Trial users. If your Leadfeeder has dropped down to the free version (what we call “Lite”), please send us a message and we’ll give you 14 days free to try it out.

This is how you test the Zoho integration

First, make sure you’re logged into Leadfeeder, then go to integrations page.

Alternatively you can access your settings from inside the Leadfeeder app and find the section “Integrations” from there. After that simply choose Zoho CRM integration for your website. All you need to do is to follow the instructions on the screen to get the Authentication Token from Zoho.

Before long you’ll see the Zoho CRM integration doing the initial sync.

What next after integrating Zoho?

After successfully integrating Zoho, your Leadfeeder is enriched with 1) Zoho labels with white background on the company list and 2) orange boxes in the “CRM Integration” sections on the right hand side, like the screenshot shows below. The labels with white background are the possible matches we’ve already found in your Zoho. All you need to do is click on “connect” on the right side to confirm the match with Zoho lead or Zoho account. For the connected accounts we’ll show also the deals (formerly known as opportunities) that are related to this Zoho account.

The integration allows you to connect a lead in Leadfeeder to an existing Zoho CRM lead or account. Alternatively, a completely new account or lead can be created in Zoho CRM directly from the Leadfeeder app (in other words, without leaving Leadfeeder).

To connect a Leadfeeder lead to a Zoho CRM account or lead you just need to “click to connect” next to the orange label in the section “CRM integration”.

For connected Zoho CRM accounts, Leadfeeder also allows you to create completely new deals (again, without needing to leave Leadfeeder interface).

NOTE: If you convert Zoho lead to an account or an opportunity in Zoho, we catch up that accordingly in Leadfeeder.

Create tasks for your Zoho CRM account

Once a Leadfeeder lead is connected to a Zoho account, you can create tasks with a deadline for that account inside Leadfeeder. You can also set the task priority.

As you know, timing is everything in sales. Setting a high priority for a single Zoho task is a great way to make sure that a sales follow-up email is done in a timely manner.
