As always, communication is the backbone of any school or education group. That means, of course, that a PTA group is no exception. For one, the PTA should have a transparent nomination process. PTA groups should also allow candidates to have sufficient opportunities to present their visions and ideas. Finally, PTA groups should leverage technology and transparent voting processes to boost participation.
