2 oz. Cream Cheese softened
1 tsp. Watkins extract flavoring
1 2/3 to 2 cups powdered sugar

Blend cream cheese with flavoring
Gradually mix in powdered sugar,stirring first,
then kneading. Break off in to pieces and
form in to balls. Roll in granulated sugar and
then press into molds!
