You might remember that in our last article, we talked about some of the statistics that are used in the real-estate industry and how those numbers show that buying or selling a house through us at Century 21 Beal, Inc. is an excellent decision to make. We wrote that with the intention that every individual would finish it a little more informed on our business than they had been before. That’s why we would suggest reading that as well, if you haven’t already. After all, to cite one of the wisest men of our time, “Now you know, and knowing is half the battle!”

But as much as those figures are useful to determine which REALTOR® to consult for your real-estate needs, this industry is made from more than digits written down on a calculator. It is built with the hands of different men and women within your own community, and I would like to take some time to tell you about one of them that is very important to both us here at Century 21 as well as Aggieland altogether. Her name is Kristi Fox Satsky.

Back in 2003, REALTOR® Magazine named Kristi Fox Satsky as one of the Elite ’30 Under 30′ in the real-estate industry. That alone would be an honor for most, but she wouldn’t settle for that accomplishment. Later in 2005, Real Estate Magazine called her one of their “REALTORS® On The Rise” and she continued to rise until she was called to serve on the 2011 Master’s Team. Most recently, Maroon Weekly named her as the Best REALTOR® for 2014 in College Station. The editor even noted that, “If you are looking for someone who is experienced and dependable, she is your go-to girl.” We are barely three months into the new year, and she has already shown herself to be worlds above the competition! That’s our Kristi!

Sure, we could spend this entire entry announcing the awards that Kristi has earned through her service to the Brazos Valley since there are literally dozens of them. But she is more than a list of her accomplishments, regardless of how hard she has worked to achieve them. Kristi was raised in Caldwell, a small town about thirty minutes outside of College Station, but as the saying goes, ‘she got here as soon as she could!’ In 1995, she moved to our community and started a family here. Jody, her husband, has always supported her both in her career and with raising their two daughters, Delaney and Natalie. When she isn’t helping others start their lives or find the perfect home in Aggieland, she loves to participate within her local church as well as spend time with her friends and family, travel, go four-wheeling, and spending some quality time with a good book.

Don’t let us talk your ears off about her, though, since her clients are more than happy to do the same. When asked about her kindness and service, several clients noted that “she was determined to find the house I was looking for, not just to make a sale” and that “she went out of her way to make herself available at all time to help us find and buy the perfect house” among other satisfied remarks. One even noted that she was “…dedicated to customer satisfaction”, which is honestly a higher honor than all those awards combined!
