Fairhope Falls is one of the newest communities in Fairhope that is being built out by DR Horton.  This is going to be a large planned community that is located on the eastern side of Fairhope, close to Silverhill.  Located just off of Route 104, Fairhope Falls is perfect for those who want to live central to just about everything in Baldwin County.  Here are some examples…..

This brand new neighborhood provides home buyers with a great opportunity to own a home in Fairhope at very reasonable prices (especially for Fairhope).  While doing the research for this post, I was actually surprised that a buyer can choose from homes ranging from $92 to $126 per square foot.  New Construction!  

Within the community, buyers can choose from 3 different sized lots.  This won’t be one of those new “cookie cutter” subdivisions where all the homes look just alike.  You can choose from 11 different floor plans featuring a range of sizes from 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to 5 bedrooms with 3 full baths.  Home sizes range from 1,700 to 3,100 square feet.  With such a wide variety of styles to choose from, there surely is something for everyone in Fairhope Falls.  Who says that you can’t get new construction in Fairhope for under $250,000?
