This is going to be a large planned community that is located on the eastern side of Fairhope, close to Silverhill. While doing the research for this post, I was actually surprised that a buyer can choose from homes ranging from $92 to $126 per square foot. New Construction!
Within the community, buyers can choose from 3 different sized lots. This won’t be one of those new “cookie cutter” subdivisions where all the homes look just alike. You can choose from 11 different floor plans featuring a range of sizes from 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to 5 bedrooms with 3 full baths. Home sizes range from 1,700 to 3,100 square feet. With such a wide variety of styles to choose from, there surely is something for everyone in Fairhope Falls. Who says that you can’t get new construction in Fairhope for under $250,000?
