Apratim 2016, Annual Techno Cultural fest of Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology

Date of Fest – 14th October – 15th October 2016

Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology is delighted to announce the fifth edition of its annual Techno Cultural Fest Apratim- a 2 day extravaganza that is bound to awe you with the magnitude of its magnificence and enthrall you with the high voltage performances that we have planned. There’s plenty of options for everyone- gaming events for the gaming enthusiasts, cultural competitions for those whose passions lie in dance, music etc. ,the chance to speak up and out at one of the many literary events, and the list goes on and on. And oh. There’s also the 2 nights of 14th and 15th when the main stage will be decked with the brightest of lights to welcome performers and celebrities who will be the perfect end note for each of the 2 days that you are a part of the celebrations. Think- the best music beats in the city + mad, mad dancing. Mark it up as unforgettable, whatsay?

It’s not all fun and frolic here, though. We also realize our responsibilities that come with having the power to reach out to people- the youth especially.. Wielding that power, we’ve chosen Thalassemia as our social cause about which we will spread awareness and organize blood donation camps.

The underlying theme of the fest, though, is Relive Your Childhood and we fully intend to pull out your inner children from their deepest darkest cores. Who, indeed, can resist Batman and Scooby- Doo?

We’ve had the pleasure (and the pride) of having Minnisha Lamba, Gul Panag, The Local Train, and intl. DJ Julia Bliss as the highlights for our fest. This year we promise it’s going to something bigger. And better.
