We are honoured to have been selected to present Twile to HRH The Duke of York in Sheffield, UK today in Pitch@Palace On Tour.
Sheffield is where our journey began. We are the sole company still operating from the first Dotforge Accelerator Scheme, which took part in the city in 2013 – something we are quite proud of.
What is Pitch@Palace?
Pitch@Palace however offers us the chance to showcase Twile in front of a global audience of influencers. We have written previously about how, being based in Yorkshire, it has been difficult to attract big investment and raise our profile in the tech community – so we are delighted to have this opportunity.
Established by the Duke of York, the event in Sheffield precedes a Boot Camp, which if we are lucky enough to make it through, concludes with a networking event at St James’s Palace.
Our CEO and Co-Founder Paul Brooks will be presenting. With three minutes to explain how awesome Twile is, the pressure is on! Wish us luck!
(For those of you who saw our presentation at RootsTech last year, we have decided to leave the red balloons at home for this one!)
