SAN FRANCISCO - A person with knowledge of the meeting says former San Francisco 49ers defensive co-ordinator Vic Fangio will interview Saturday with the Washington Redskins for their vacancy in the same position on coach Jay Grudens staff.Fangio had one interview for the head coaching job with the 49ers, which instead went to defensive line coach Jim Tomsula on Wednesday.
