BC Family Fishing WEEKEND

BC’s Family Fishing Weekend is an annual celebration of the great sport of fishing and 2016 marks the 17th annual. Residents of the province are encouraged to get together with family and friends to go fishing.

On Father’s Day, Sunday, June 19th, the Gold River Rod and Gun Club along with the Family Fishing Society of BC will be sponsoring a Family fishing event at Star Lake from 9 am – noon. Everyone is welcome to attend this FREE event where there will be lots of fun, prizes for the kids and snacks for everyone. NO fishing license is required for this event!
