The Big 3 and Eastern Petroleum has announced that they will be implementing a 50 cent rollback on gasoline, diesel and kerosene. Shell, which was the first to release their announcement, said that their rollback will be take effect starting 12:01am on Friday, January 16, 2009. Petron and Chevron then followed suit. Eastern, on the other hand, said that their rollback will take effect at 6pm
