If you are as big a Scrubs fan as I am, you might have the them Song by Lazlo Bane humming in your head now.  Great show, great song, just great.  So. . .

I turned thirty in May.  Before that, I moved in into a cottage flat.  Now I am living on my own, paying my own way.  Yeah!

When I was much younger, I watched a series called Thirysomething.  It featured, oviously, a bunch of thirtysomethings living their lives, kids, careers, all the normal things.  And I thought it was GREAT!  Here I was, a small kid, watching a grownup show and having NO idea what it would be to be thirty. 

Time has gone, I graduated from school, studied a bit, working a lot.  Now I am studying a lot, working a bit and living my own life.  After all these years, I am independent and life has changed.  A lot.

One of the things of living on your own, is that you are really on your own a lot.  Usually I prefer my own company, but in the last few months I have come to realize that I actually prefer my own company less and less these days.  I know all the jokes, completing my own sentences, very cozy, but very lonely!

So in the end, every human being needs the company of other human beings.  The more the merrier, really.  After thirty years, I am ready to admin I am NO superman, but just a man, waiting for the next step on the road to maturity.  It's been a lovely journey so far and here's to many a year more! To all of us! :D
