UPDATE Nov. 9, 2023: Earlier this week we reported that a pickup truck belonging to Burien/Airport Towing had been stolen over the weekend – and we are happy to report that it has been recovered.

Owners of the truck told South King Media that they received three reported sightings in three days around the White Center area.

Their tow truck drivers searched the area until they finally saw the truck, then followed it to a known drug house/chop shop and called police.

“We saw the driver go into the house, so hopefully police can gather enough evidence to arrest them later,” Jared Storer told us.

Storer added that there was some damage to the truck also.

“All our tools and GPS were stolen, locks and ignition broken, along with body damage from taking it off road,” he said.

The truck was recovered one block north of the Shorewood Grocery store.
