The White Center Food Bank will soon be moving to downtown White Center, and they need to raise funds to renovate and transform their space into an innovative food bank for all who need it.

“There is a vitally important funding opportunity through King County’s Participatory Budgeting process and the Food Bank needs your help to vote and spread the word”

Continuingthrough Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022, King County opened voting to provide funding to local nonprofits like the food bank. Voting is open to anyone 12 or older who lives, works, goes to school, plays or prays in White Center.

“This funding will be transformative for our new facility and our organization’s capacity to fundraise from other sources,” organizers said.
