On Friday night, Sept. 1, 2023, the Highline High Pirates opened their 2023-24 football season with a dominant 42-0 victory over the Rainier Beach Vikings at Highline Memorial Stadium.

The win improved Highline’s 2023-24 record to 1-0.

They will play their next game at Highline Stadium in the “Battle of Burien” against cross-town rivals the Kennedy Catholic Landers on Saturday, Sept. 9, 2023.
