Congratulations to the Kennedy Catholic High School Lancers Varsity Boys Basketball team for their big win on Saturday! This victory secures them a place in the Hardwood Classic state tournament, to be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday, March 3 at the Tacoma Dome.

The Lancers squeaked past Shadle Park, 40-32, at University High School in Tacoma. Keannu Royster had 12 points for Kennedy, and Emilio Mancol added 10.

If the Lancers win Thursday, they will advance to the semi-final round, and will next play at 3:45 p.m. on Friday.

Students are encouraged to attend this game via a ‘Rooter Bus’ which will leave campus at 8 a.m. Thursday morning. Students MUST SIGN UP for the Rooter Bus with Mrs. Burns by Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.
