King County prosecutors Charged 24-year-old Marhowe Kifle with first-degree murder on Friday, accusing him of slaying Mohamed A. Nejash at the intersection of Rainier Avenue South and South Genesee Street about 1 p.m. Dec. 8.

Police reports indicate Kifle followed Nejash out of a marijuana dispensary parking lot, pulled up next to the car he rode in, and fired at least six shots.
