The winter season brings common infections such as the common cold, flu etc with itself and with the COVID-19 pandemic it has become more risky for everyone and strengthening immunity has become very essential to fight against the novel corona virus. Since winters bring all healthy, tasty, and seasonal foods itself. Know which 5 winter foods you must add in your diet to boost your immunity and fulfill body’s requirements.

5 immunity-boosting winter foods one should add in their diet 

1 Peas 

Green peas are usually available in the winter season. They are packed with essential nutrients and antioxidants that makes them a great add on to your winter diet to boost immunity and fight many diseases. Peas are rich in polyphenol, fiber and protein, which  helps to keep your appetite full.

2 Leafy Green Vegetables
