Jonathan Yeo, co-founder of streetwear brand Zanerobe, has listed his six-bedroom Mosman trophy home with a price guide of $7.5 million.

The Carrington Ave residence, which was transformed after a three-year renovation, is set on resort like grounds adjacent to Quakers Hat Bay.

Split over two levels, the sophisticated property is an entertainer’s dream, offering a perfect blend of refined architecture, park like grounds and exquisite custom finishes

The stunning Carrington Ave home has six bedrooms and sits on 651sqm.

“It is a family sanctuary that has been carefully thought out, with a clever floorplan that is both functional and practical,” Atlas Founder Michael Coombs told Mosman Collective.

“The home is all about understated luxury, in an extremely private setting.”

Luxurious and sun-filled interiors offer high ceilings, opening to multiple outdoor spaces.

The property features inviting formal and casual living rooms and distinct dining spaces.

At the heart of the home, a luxe kitchen boasts Integrated Miele Appliances and a Brazza gas cooktop, with a show stopping, 2.8m island that comes with integrated seating.

Five bedrooms ensure there is enough accommodation to cater to large or extended families, while a stunning Master provides the ultimate parents retreat, featuring bespoke robes and a dressing room stage.

“It is a luxury bedroom created for a fashion designer where nothing has been left to chance,” Coombs said, “you’ll find Thassos marble in the ensuite, along with a huge, freestanding bath.”

Wooden floors, a fireplace, Heated Mosaic Pool and a custom designed wine cellar complete the perfect picture – and there is a large, double garage with additional space for a third car.

The Carrington Ave listing follows the 2023 sale of Zanerobe co-founder, Leith Testoni’s Raglan Street address, a 1906 Arts and Crafts reimagined into a modern masterpiece.

North facing, the home enjoys year round sunshine.

The property has an abundance of formal and casual spaces.

Both Yeo and Testoni intend to continue their property development projects in conjunction with juggling multiple apparel brands sold around the world.

A fashion brand that started as a bet between the pair in 2001, Zanerobe was an instant hit in North America and is now considered one of Australia’s most successful men’s streetwear exports, partnering with the likes of Nordstrom, Bloomingdales and Urban Outfitters.

Firmly entrenched in the Mosman community, the pair have naturally added residential design projects to their brand.

The property has a heated, mosaic pool and outdoor shower.

“It can be chaotic at times, juggling apparel seasons with architects and trades”, says Yeo. “But it comes naturally if you trust your vision and lean-in on what feels right”.

Their fashion business operates from an open-plan studio in Freshwater, where Yeo and Testoni design and shoot creative for brands Zanerobe, Rec Gen, Barney Cools and Par Kup.
