Wealthy downsizers on the hunt for ultra-prestige apartments have turned their attention to Neutral Bay, with the lower north shore’s most exclusive luxury development just unveiled.

Wirra, a boutique project of 20 residences boasting sweeping harbour and city skyline views, is the latest blue-chip offering from Podia and Centennial, the prominent team behind some of Australia’s best-known builds.

Australia’s population aged 65+ is projected to grow to 6.66 million by 2041 from an estimated 4.31 million in 2021 – an increase of 54%.
