Is Balmoral Ave becoming the most expensive street in Mosman?

The exclusive enclave, just a stone’s throw from the beach and boasting some of Sydney’s best views, has become a prime target for trophy home hunters looking for the ultimate residence.

Tech entrepreneur Robin Khuda has created a $30 million footprint after consolidating three Balmoral Ave blocks to create a massive family estate on more than 2000 square metres.
