Timothy Davis, 38, was taken into custody by Maryland State Police after responding to reports of an armed man at the convenience store on Grand Drive.

The police were called and arrived on the scene to find Davis still in possession of the firearm. He was arrested without incident and charged with two counts of first-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and carrying a dangerous weapon with the intent to injure.
