I don’t consider myself a good writer, but I have been thinking of Writing something since I was very young. But still struggling to write, to express feelings through a pen. The reason may be that I’m not a good reader. Now as a mass communication student I have learnt one thing very clearly that our writing will speak more loudly, writing is our identity and this is the best opportunity for us to write to express and most commonly I will write to aware, inform and entertain and for a change.

Firstly I need to write for my self esteem, write for identity then my writing will be for the community. As an upcoming journalist we need to make ourselves a good writer not to write books or novels but to write what will be asked to write in a tight deadline, in a panic situation without being panic. What we learn may not be asked by the people when we will go for a job interview but they will definitely test our writing skills. They have nothing to do with our percentage; they will be only interested in our speaking and mostly writing skills. Writing is the life blood of journalism.
I know I m not a good writer but I will never give up. One day I will find the right words, and they will be simple. I will always be writing whether published somewhere or not. I  at least have my blog where I m writing since a year and will be writing till last breath. In my blog I can write anything silly or stupid or may be meaningless to others. 

There’s a saying “we should not leave our good habits” and writing is I thing a good habit. There is an ocean of opportunities after doing mass communication but only if we have the ‘X” factor in writing. Creativity is required in every field and so in journalism and writing, our writing should be creative one with a distinct style. As I have learnt journalistic writing is totally different from other type of writing. We have to write in given journalistic structure keeping in mind various journalistic rules and ethics avoiding biasness. But, here i can write in my own style.
