We were not born with an operating manual. I probably wouldn’t’ve read it anyhow. However, there is something within us that knows and wants to share what it knows. We simply (not so simple, really) need to take the time to Discover it and remember to pause. It means listening to what’s needed in the moment. It’s a dynamic process, sometimes easier to do than others. But if we do pause and listen, releasing without judgment the ever-present, ‘non grand’ self-condemnation, and support what’s best in every moment, we will discover the grandeur that’s seeking to come forth.
